And where we are going as communities, on our small blue planet? Have you been struggling with finding your way in this challenging time? And finding others committed to a truly new way of Being??

The Elegant Human is a north county San Diego spiritual support group for people who are tired of participating in the old modes of being that are playing themselves out on the planet and ready to dive into creating a world, beginning with ourselves, based in the new flow state concept of Spiritual Elegance. This Soul Support group is about building a heart-based, conscious community committed to building higher vibrational lives by accessing & integrating a new Dimensionality of our Being! It is about bringing Essence into Form, and the intangible nature of Love and Higher Consciousness into Form, through tangible techniques we can FEEL. Because it is our feeling sense, beyond our intellect, that is the sense we actually evolve by.

Come join us for healthy, supportive Discussion (passing the talking stick/stone ?) & Healing: focusing on multi-sensory energy exercises, tools & techniques to stay grounded in our bodies, live from our hearts (and higher minds) and create from the highest dimensionality of our Being! We will focus on growing and developing our Soul Senses and will explore new Realms through movement, breath work, aromatherapy, Light Language and immersive meditations in the Quantum Realm (drug-free! ?).
