In this beautiful evening gathering, we take the pulse of the group through discussion, culminating in a deeply meditative state, as Suki’s guides speak, activating our ecstatic sensory circuitry and Soul Body Coherence.

This class is dedicated to simply sitting in the divine, loving energies with The Mary's. It begins with a channeling for connectivity purposes or the requests of the group and then sitting in beautiful Silence together. (Sometimes it’s offered with ambient music.)
